Tan Kin Lian joined NTUC Income in 1977 and was the CEO from 1994 to 2007. He was Chairman of the International Co-operative and Mutual Insurance Federation (ICMIF) from 1992 to 1997. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries. (Source).
